CHELSEA HOUSE, London

This 19th century townhouse was completely re-planned and sensitively refurbished to create a generous sense of space and natural daylight. The stair was repositioned and the ground floor opened up, allowing views from the front of the house to St Luke’s Church at the rear. A large and unsympathetic metal framed picture window to the rear was removed and replaced with 3 bespoke timber sash windows, blending seamlessly with the surrounding architecture.
