ABOUT US

The Goddard Partnership Limited is an established and dynamic architectural and building surveying practice founded in 2008 by Simon Goddard. Our varied work centres on the bringing together of high end, bespoke design and a specialist knowledge of historic buildings using an innate understanding of the materials and methods available to us.

We have a particular passion and expertise in bringing together contemporary architectural design skills, and a specialist knowledge of historic buildings. We approach each project - be it new build house, conservation or an extension to a home - with an enthusiasm backed up by our extensive knowledge of how to sensitively respond to an existing site or building.

From concept to completion, we feel privileged to be part of our clients’ hopes and aspirations for their project, and aim to ensure that these are realised as enjoyably as possible. We truly believe in a collaborative relationship with our clients, and our helpful, friendly team ensure a positive, bespoke service from start to finish.
